What is this, really?

Do I need to know anything about AI first?

No. Sessions are labeled by depth, and the beginner tracks assume you have never used an AI tool for work. Bring a laptop and a real problem — a job you want, a service you sell, a business you run — and you will have something working before you leave.

What's the certification, and does it mean anything?

You sit the AIXP certification labs on site across both days and walk the stage at the end. It is a practical, portfolio-backed credential from AIXP — proof you can do the work, shown alongside the work itself on your Exchange profile. It is not a university degree or a vendor certification, and we will never pretend it is.

Will there really be employers there?

Yes — hiring companies are on the floor in the EARN Experience, and the Opportunity Board runs live during both days with real posted work and real budgets. We publish the companies as they confirm. Nobody can promise you an offer, but the people who do the hiring are in the room.

What if I can't afford $39?

Can I come for just one day?

All passes are two-day passes for April 16–17 — the certification labs, portfolio work and hiring floor run across both days, so a single day would leave you with half of what you came for. There is no one-day price, and you are welcome to attend only one day on a full pass.

Where do I park?

Is there a hotel block?

We are negotiating a discounted room block with downtown hotels near the venue. Nothing is confirmed yet — subscribe to the brief and we will send the booking link the day it goes live. Venue & Travel lists nearby hotels in the meantime.

What if I don't know anyone?

Most people come alone. The format is built for it — hands-on tables where you work next to someone, a check-in that sets up your Exchange profile so people can find you afterwards, and evening programming that is easier to walk into than a networking hour. If you would rather not come solo, the group rate takes 15% off when you bring at least one person.

What's included with an AIXP 2027 pass?

A pass covers both public days (April 16–17, 2027) at POST HTX — the main stage, all five Experiences (Earn, Grow, Create, Protect, Build), the exhibit floor, and evening programming. Workshop add-ons and Industry Day are separate.

Is there a group rate?

Yes. Groups of two or more seats get 15% off per pass — the more of your team in the room, the cheaper and more useful it gets.

Can I get a refund or transfer my pass?

Passes are non-refundable but fully transferable — if your plans change, you can transfer your pass to a colleague at no cost.

What is a workshop add-on?

Workshops are smaller, hands-on sessions layered on top of your main pass — capped seating, a specific tool or skill, and direct instructor access. They're added at checkout.
