Terms.
The rules for buying a pass, attending AIXP, and using this site.
These terms govern your use of theaixp.com and your attendance at AIXP 2027, April 16–17,POST HTX, Houston. Last updated April 2026.
Buying a pass
A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed and you receive a receipt by email. Prices are in US dollars and rise in phases — the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Group pricing applies automatically at two or more seats.
Payment and pay-over-time
Payments are processed by Stripe. Where available you may pay over time with Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay. Those instalment agreements are between you and the provider; we are paid in full at purchase and cannot change the terms of your plan.
Transfers and refunds
Passes are transferable. Email us the new attendee's name and email at least 48 hours before the event and we'll reissue the badge at no charge.
Refunds are available up to 60 days before the event, less payment processing fees. Inside 60 days, passes are non-refundable but remain transferable. If we cancel the event outright, you get a full refund.
What a pass includes
Access to the sessions and areas stated for your tier on the registration page. Agenda, speakers, venue layout, and session times may change; we'll publish updates on the site and email pass holders about material changes.
Code of conduct
AIXP is a working event. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or persistent disruption of sessions gets you removed without a refund. Recruiting and selling are welcome in the Exchange and on the expo floor; they are not welcome inside sessions.
Photography and recording
We photograph and record the event and may use that footage in future marketing. By attending you consent to appearing in it. Tell staff at registration if you'd prefer not to be featured and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Applications
Speaker, sponsor, and Exchange applications are invitations for us to consider you. Submitting one does not guarantee a slot, and we may decline without giving reasons.
Using this site
Don't scrape, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems. Site content, the AIXP name, and the AIXP marks belong to us; don't reuse them commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability to you for anything connected with a pass is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for travel or accommodation costs.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions go to info@theaixp.com.
