WORK
Get more done with AI.
Two days of labs, clinics, a live Exchange floor and agent builds around one question: what can you charge for — or ship — on Monday that you couldn't on Friday?
Getting in: The labs and clinics in this room need a Premier Pass ($189), or a $79 add-on for a single session. The Basic Pass ($39) covers the Exchange and expo floor and every main stage talk — but not this room.

Offers and builds, made live.
Pricing clinics, the live hiring floor, agent labs, robots you can touch and the Startup Showdown.

Four things you didn't have Thursday morning
A rate you can say out loud
The pricing clinic ends with a number, a scope, and the sentence you use when somebody asks what you charge.
An agent running on your machine
Built in the lab, running when you close the laptop. Not a notebook you'll never open again.
An Exchange profile that keeps working
Built at check-in. Companies post paid work to the board all year, and your profile is already on it.
Three people who saw your work
The Exchange floor and Startup Alley are open both days. You leave with names, not a stack of cards you never follow up on.
What this costs everywhere else
We are not discounting anything. We put the things you leave with into one room, on one weekend, and charged for the room instead of the pieces.
Inside the room
What it actually looks like

Lab in session
Room-scale. Screens visible, an instructor at a shoulder.

Exchange floor handshake
Two people across a table, badge visible.

Robots you can touch
Hardware on a table, someone's hand on it.

The rate, written down
Close crop of a notebook with a number on it.

A pitch heat
Founder mid-pitch, judges in frame.
The WORK schedule
Sessions are being scheduled
Times, seats and session leaders
Confirmed sessions appear on the agenda as speakers sign on, with seat counts for every capped session. Labs fill first, so the list goes to the mailing list before it goes on the site.

The Exchange Floor
Companies post real work with a real budget on the board. You bid on it in person, in front of the person who wrote it. Fifteen minutes, a portfolio, a rate, a yes or a no. Every conversation is logged to your Exchange profile and keeps working after you go home.
What you walk out with
Offers and builds, made live.
Companies hire in the open on the Exchange floor, and agents and hardware get built, tested and shipped twenty feet away — with the people who made them standing next to them.
Is this your room?
Who WORK is built for
You'll fit right in if
Working professionals, freelancers and consultants converting AI into income this year — and the engineers, technical operators and founders who will be asked to make the pilot actually work.
And if it isn't your room
A Premier Pass covers all four. Start here, walk out, try another. Most people spend a day in one track room and an afternoon in a second — and the Exchange sits in the middle of the floor on a Basic Pass, connecting all of them.
You're good at your job and not sure it exists in five years.
You're already freelancing and you want to charge more.
You can build, and you want AI to be the thing you ship.
You want to touch the hardware, not watch a slide about it.
Passes
$39 gets you in the building.
$189 gets you in this room.
The Exchange and expo floor both days, every main stage talk, and your profile on the Opportunity Board. Does not include labs or clinics.
Adds one capped lab or clinic, in any room, to a Basic Pass. One per pass.
Every lab and clinic in all four track rooms, included. This is the pass that opens the room, and it pays for itself against 3 add-ons.
Everything in Premier, plus Leadership Summit sessions throughout both days and the Day Zero Leaders Meetup on Wednesday, April 14.
For companies
Two ways to own this room
WORK track partner — not yet claimed
One company owns this track room outright for both days: the signage, the schedule, the showpiece and a 20x20 footprint inside it. There is no second WORK partner. A staffing or workforce platform, a cloud or developer tools company, a hardware brand, a bank that sells to independent operators, or an accelerator.
Partner with WORKTraining partner — open
The labs and clinics in this room need curriculum, instructors and tooling. We are looking for one training partner to build that with us and put their name on what people actually learn. An AI platform's skills, education or developer relations arm — this room puts working adults and real builders on your product in a supervised room.
Talk to us about trainingStartup Showdown
The Startup Showdown is a live pitch competition on the WORK track's main stage, judged by operators and investors. Founders are scored on execution, product clarity and real-world viability — and every entrant needs an AIXP Exchange company profile to apply.
