You're evaluating or buying AI tools for your company — as the person who signs, the person whose opinion decides it, or the person running the evaluation. Tell us what you're looking at, and we'll put you in a room with vendors who actually fit, instead of leaving you to work the floor.

We review applications weekly. Everyone hears back either way.

What's included

  • Complimentary Premier-level access to both public days, April 15–16, 2027, at POST Houston — issued after you accept and your four meetings are matched.
  • Four vendor meetings coordinated by AIXP, matched to what you're evaluating — two per day where we can.

What's not included

  • All Access Pass benefits: Leadership Summit sessions throughout both days (including the closed-door roundtables and the Executive Mixer), reserved seating and a guaranteed Ask an Expert slot. Confirmed buyers can pay the difference to upgrade to All Access.
  • Travel, hotel or lodging.
No strings

The terms, in plain words.

  • Application and approval required. Approval isn't the final step: you accept, we match four meetings, then your pass is issued.
  • Attendance at four scheduled vendor meetings is required. No purchase is required.
  • No deposit, no card on file, no card hold and no no-show fee.
  • Cancel anytime from your private Buyers Pass link. Repeated unexcused no-shows may affect future participation.
  • Already bought a pass? You can still apply. We review those by hand and never refund, credit or replace a purchase automatically.
  • The pass is in your name and is not transferable.

How review works

  1. 01Apply below. It takes about three minutes.
  2. 02We review applications weekly. If you're approved, you accept from a private link by the deadline in your email.
  3. 03We match you with four relevant vendors — two per day where we can.
  4. 04Once your four matches are set, you're confirmed: your complimentary Premier-level pass for April 15–16 is issued and your schedule is at your link.

How your information is used
  • • Your application is stored by AIXP and reviewed by our team.
  • • It is copied to the AIXP team's internal tracking and contact tools so we can follow up.
  • • Only the vendors assigned to your meetings see your name, company, title and the business context you approve — never the full buyer list.
  • • Vendors are not given permission to market to you. Sending you AIXP news needs the separate opt-in.
