Getting there
- George Bush Intercontinental (IAH): roughly 30–40 minutes to downtown, traffic depending.
- William P. Hobby (HOU): roughly 20–30 minutes to downtown, traffic depending.
- Driving: downtown exits off I-45 and I-10 put you a few minutes from Franklin St.
- POST HTX sits in downtown Houston, walkable from the Theater District and a short rideshare from most downtown hotels.
Parking
- On-site paid parking at POST HTX, plus surface lots and garages within a short walk.
- Rideshare drop-off directly at the venue is the easiest option during event hours.
- Accessible spaces are available on site — see accessibility below to reserve one.
- Final lot names, rates and event-day entrances go out to registered attendees before the event.
Transit
- METRORail Red Line: downtown stations are a short walk or a few minutes by rideshare.
- METRO bus: multiple downtown routes stop within a few blocks.
- Bike: BCycle stations sit throughout downtown; racks are available near the venue.
What's nearby
- Food and drink inside POST HTX itself, including the rooftop.
- Market Square Park, the Theater District and Discovery Green, all within downtown.
- A dense cluster of restaurants and bars for after sessions end. Business by day. Houston by night.

Accessibility
If something on this list would make the difference between coming and not coming, tell us. We'd rather over-plan than have you stay home.
Step-free access
POST HTX offers step-free entry, elevator access between levels, and accessible restrooms. Accessible parking and a drop-off point sit close to the main entrance.
Seating
Reserved accessible and companion seating is held in every session room, plus seating with clear sightlines to interpreters and screens. Rest seating is available outside the main halls.
Quiet space
A low-stimulation quiet room is open both days — no programming, no pitching, lower lighting and sound. Use it for as long as you need.
Dietary accommodation
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergy-safe options are available at catered moments. Tell us at least two weeks out so the kitchen can plan for it.
