You work 10–15 hours, you attend the rest of it, and you walk out with the pass, the credential, the profile and a reference. If money is the only thing between you and this room, this is the door.

The same $39–$399 access everyone else paid for. When you're off shift you're an attendee, not staff standing at the back.
The certification
You finish the credential the same as any paying attendee. It goes on your profile and your resume.

The commitment
10–15 hours total, split across shifts you pick below. We work around your schedule, not the other way round.
The shifts
Thursday setup through Sunday teardown. Most crew work two or three blocks.
The timeline
Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Shift assignments and the crew brief go out 30 days before the doors open.
