Post a project. Meet the person who'll do it. Two days on the floor, then year-round on The Exchange.
Post a project
The Opportunity Board is the hiring side of The Exchange. You describe the work, the budget and the timeline. Members with the relevant skills see it and apply. You review profiles, message the shortlist, and take the conversation wherever you want it to go — contract, project, or full-time.
Describe the work
One post: scope, budget band, timeline, and whether it's a project or a role.
See who steps forward
Applicants come with a profile, a skill set and, where relevant, an AIXP certification.
Talk to the shortlist
Message directly. No agency layer, no placement fee, no commission on the contract.
- Up to 3 active posts
- Full access to member profiles
- Direct messaging with applicants
- Company profile on the board
- Unlimited posts
- Featured placement on the board
- Shortlisting support from the AIXP team
- Priority access to the hiring floor at the event
Both plans are month to month. The Exchange is in build; early accounts are being onboarded from the waitlist in order.
Hire on the floor
AIXP runs a live hiring floor across both days at POST HTX, Houston, April 16–17, 2027. A table puts your team in front of attendees between sessions, when they are already thinking about what they can build and who they can build it with.
What a table costs
$4,500 for both days. Includes a staffed table on the hiring floor, four team passes, your open roles listed in the event app and on the Opportunity Board, and a post-event list of everyone who opted in at your table.
What walks past it
Working professionals from across the country — operators, analysts, marketers, technicians, small business owners and career switchers — who came to learn what AI can actually do in a job. Most are employed and looking for the next step, not a first job.
Run your business on AI
If the question is less "who do I hire" and more "what should we be doing with this," GROW is the business owner's room: operations, marketing, finance and the tools that hold up under real use.

For anyone thinking bigger than a table: own an Experience, host a workshop, or take the Thursday Industry Day. Full inventory and prices are published.

A few details is enough. We'll come back with the right option rather than a brochure.
