Day Zero · Thursday, April 15, 2027 · Invite-Only

IndustryDay.

Roughly 120 comped executives, the day before doors open. POST HTX, Houston. Invitation required.

What it is

A closed-door executive day, not a preview.

Industry Day is Day Zero of AIXP 2027 — held one day before the public two-day event opens. It is a different product from the main stage: a capped room of enterprise buyers, security leaders, institutional partners and investors, working through procurement, risk and deployment in the open. Executives attend as our guests. No one in that room is sold a ticket.

Who's in the room

Around 120 comped executives — enterprise buyers, CISOs and security leaders, city and institutional partners, and investors actively deploying or funding AI. Curated, capped, invitation only.

The format

Executive roundtables, closed briefings on procurement and risk, and small-group sessions built for candor rather than pitches. Chatham House rules where it matters.

The dinner

Day Zero closes with a seated executive dinner — the relationships that turn into work over the following two days.

For sponsors

This is the room you're buying.

Industry Day is the enterprise product inside AIXP. Sponsorship buys structured access to that 120-person room — a roundtable you host, a briefing slot, seats at the dinner table, and a delegate list you help shape. Attendance is comped and curated; access is sold. Talk to us about which roundtable is still open.

Request an invitation.

Tell us who you are and what you're responsible for. We review requests weekly and confirm the delegate list in stages. Invitations are complimentary.

Invitations are complimentary. We don't sell Industry Day seats to attendees.
